Technical Leader for Calibration

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Technical Leader for Calibration in Acoustics to oversee, develop and maintain the technical operations of our calibration laboratory (accredited and traceable calibration), ensuring the precise calibration of microphones and other acoustic equipment.
You will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards, driving continuous improvements, and aligning calibration processes with industry regulations and organizational objectives. Additionally, you will support other global locations to ensure standardized calibration practices and technical alignment.
You will be part of a small calibration team, consisting of three people. There will be no people- responsibility in this role, but you will work closely together with the Calibration Coordinator in production.
